Description
Nomex Paper 410
Nomex® 410 is a family of insulation papers that offer high inherent dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and resilence.
Nomex® 410, the original form of Nomex® paper, manufactured by Dupont, is widely used in a majority of electrical equipment applications.
Nomex® is a high-temperature resistant insulation product with an excellent balance of physical and electrical properties.
Nomex® is made entirely from synthetic aramid polymer in two forms: short fibers and microscopic fibrous binder particles. Nomex® has been widely adopted as electrical insulation for liquid and dry transformers, motors, and generators.
Nomex® Type 410 is a calendared insulation paper which offers high inherent dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and resilience. Type 410 is the original form of Nomex® paper, and is widely used in a majority of electrical equipment applications.
